Visitor Management System
for Facilities in Saudi Arabia

Haseen turns your gate from a paper logbook into a controlled process: pre-registration, identity verification, time-bound permits, and an audit trail you can actually export. Arabic-first, PDPL-aligned, cloud or on-premise.

What is a visitor management system?

A visitor management system governs the full lifecycle of a visit to a facility: the invitation and pre-registration, identity verification at the gate, issuing a permit limited by time and area, check-out, and a retained audit record. Haseen is built for the Saudi market by Waqt Albayanat in Riyadh — with a native Arabic RTL interface, alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and deployment either in the cloud or inside your own data centre.

Visitor Management

The visit, in five stages

What a paper logbook cannot do, and how the system closes each gap.

آلية العمل

The visit, in five stages

  • 1 · Invitation and pre-registration
The host sends an invite; the visitor completes their details from their phone before arriving and receives a QR code.
  • 2 · Arrival and verification
The QR is scanned at the gate or a self-service kiosk, identity is checked and screened against watchlists.
  • 3 · Approval and permit
Approval routing by visit type and area. The permit is issued scoped to a time window and specific zones.
  • 4 · Gate and parking
The permit opens the gate; vehicle plates are read automatically via ANPR and a parking bay is assigned.
  • 5 · Check-out and record
Departure closes the visit, and the record stays exportable for audit, investigation or operational reporting.
ما يعالجه

What the paper logbook actually costs you

  • Queues at the gate
Writing every visitor down by hand means minutes per person and congestion at peak hours.
  • You cannot say who is inside
During an evacuation, a logbook cannot produce an instant list of who is in the building.
  • Exposed personal data
An open book shows every previous visitor name and ID number to whoever signs next.
  • Painful audits
When an auditor asks for a quarterly visit log, searching paper records takes days.
  • Unmonitored contractors
A contractor worker enters with expired documents — the liability sits with you, not their company.
  • No working watchlist
Someone barred yesterday walks in today, because the ban lived in a receptionist memory.

Software that governs the full visit lifecycle: invitation and pre-registration, identity verification at the gate, issuing a permit scoped by time and area, check-out, and an exportable audit record.
Yes. Haseen is a product of Waqt Albayanat, based in Riyadh, designed for the Saudi market with a native Arabic RTL interface and built on the principles of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
Access control answers one question: should this door open for this card? Visitor management answers who this person is, why they are here, who invited them, how long they are allowed, and what their visit history is. The first governs doors; the second governs identity, purpose and permits — and they work together.
Yes. Visitors receive a QR code after pre-registration and scan it at the gate or kiosk, so verification takes seconds instead of filling in a form on arrival.
Yes. RFID cards and readers handle repeat entry at doors and gates, and ANPR cameras read vehicle plates automatically at vehicle gates.
Both. Cloud hosting inside the Kingdom on a subscription, or installed in your own data centre where security policy requires data to stay on your network.
Yes. It supports Active Directory / LDAP for identity sync and single sign-on, and connects to HR and other internal systems through an API.
Yes. Multiple sites are managed from one central console, with permissions and reporting at either site or organisation level.
A basic cloud rollout can be running within days. On-premise installation with hardware and integrations takes weeks, depending on the number of sites and your infrastructure readiness.
Custom pricing based on branches, gates, users, visit volume, hardware, integrations, deployment model and support level. The factors are detailed on the pricing page.
