Visitor Management
Pricing in Saudi Arabia

We do not publish a fixed price, because a single-gate office is not a three-branch compound with six gates. This page explains exactly what drives the cost, so you reach the pricing call already knowing what to ask for.

How is a visitor management system priced?

In Saudi Arabia, visitor management systems are typically priced as an annual subscription based on usage, or a perpetual licence for on-premise installation. The cost drivers are: number of branches and gates, administrative users, monthly visit volume, hardware (kiosks, RFID readers, ANPR cameras, badge printers), integrations with your systems, deployment model, and the training, support and SLA level. At Haseen we prepare a written, itemised quote after a short call to understand your facility.

What drives the cost

Twelve factors decide the number — review them before requesting a quote.

آلية العمل

What drives the cost

  • 1 · Sites and gates
One location or a network of branches, and how many pedestrian and vehicle gates at each.
  • 2 · Users and visit volume
Receptionists, security officers, hosts and report owners — and monthly visit throughput.
  • 3 · Hardware
Self-service kiosks, badge printers, RFID cards and readers, ANPR cameras.
  • 4 · Integrations
Active Directory, HR systems, access control devices, or other systems via API.
  • 5 · Deployment, training and SLA
Cloud subscription or on-premise licence, training sessions, and agreed response times.

Cloud vs on-premise: cost impact

  • Upfront cost
Cloud is lower upfront; on-premise carries licence plus infrastructure.
  • Payment pattern
A renewing annual subscription, versus a licence plus annual maintenance.
  • Servers and maintenance
On us in the cloud; on your IT team on-premise.
  • Time to go live
Days in the cloud; weeks on-premise depending on infrastructure readiness.
  • Data residency
Hosted inside the Kingdom, or entirely within your own network.
  • Scaling
Instant in the cloud; additional hardware on-premise.

الأسئلة الشائعة

أسئلة يطرحها مديرو الأمن والمشتريات

There is no single fixed price. Cost is set by the number of branches and gates, administrative users, visit volume, required hardware (kiosks, RFID, ANPR), integrations, deployment model and support level. We issue an itemised written quote after a short discovery call.
Because the gap between a single-gate office with fifty visits a month and a three-branch compound with six gates and thousands of visits is fundamental. A published fixed price would be either misleading or inflated.
Cloud has a lower upfront cost paid as a recurring subscription, with maintenance and updates on us. On-premise has a higher upfront cost (licence plus infrastructure) then annual maintenance, with data remaining entirely inside your data centre.
Yes, where required: self-service kiosks, badge printers, RFID readers and ANPR cameras are itemised separately based on the number of entry points.
They appear as explicit line items: the number of training sessions and target teams, and the support tier with agreed response times in the SLA.
